1. Who we are

VICEWIRE ("the Service") is operated by AshnatnyLLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are contracting with AshnatnyLLC. VICEWIRE is an independent gaming information platform and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. The Service

VICEWIRE provides gaming news, intel, guides, community discoveries and an AI assistant ("Ask VICEWIRE"). VICEWIRE PRO is a paid monthly subscription that removes the daily AI answer limit.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law;
• fraud, spam, or impersonation;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfering with security — introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, scraping, or overloading the Service;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service, or circumventing usage limits.

6. AI assistant

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for having rights to any content you input, and for how you use outputs. You must not use the AI to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes, malware, or attempt to bypass its safeguards ("jailbreaking"). AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify important information yourself. Outputs are not professional advice. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, and restrict or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

7. Intellectual property

AshnatnyLLC retains all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and VICEWIRE branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Rights-holders who believe content infringes their rights may contact us for removal; repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. PRO renews monthly until cancelled; after cancelling, PRO stays active until the end of the paid period. 9. Service level

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, we may delete your account data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

12. General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AshnatnyLLC is registered, whose courts have jurisdiction over disputes. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
